Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the 2026 scholarship intake, applicants must satisfy the following:
- Must be an international student residing outside Saudi Arabia (External Scholarship).
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must possess a valid international passport with at least six months of validity.
- Must provide a medical report confirming the absence of infectious diseases.
- Applicants under 18 years old must provide written consent from their guardian.
- Must be of good character with no criminal record (Security clearance/Police report required).

Important Information: Applications for the 2026 session are strictly open between April 19 and May 21, 2026. Since this is a centralized platform, your application will be reviewed by the Ministry of Education and then forwarded to your chosen universities.
