- First-year university or polytechnic students
- Students who have secured an admission letter but have not yet resumed academic sessions
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) candidates
Requirements and qualifications
- Must be a legal citizen of Nigeria.
- Must be under 25 years old at the time of submitting the application.
- Must be either a secondary school graduate or a first-year tertiary institution student.
- Must have secured, or be highly likely to secure, admission into an accredited Nigerian institution within 12 months of applying.
- Applicants who are already beyond their first year of study in a higher institution are not eligible to apply.
