Eligibility & Requirements

To qualify for the 2027 DAAD Masters Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following core criteria:

• Must hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree by the time you begin your scholarship supported study program.
• As a rule, your university degree should not date back more than 6 years at the time of the application deadline.
• You are ineligible if you have already been resident in Germany for longer than 15 months at the application deadline.
• You must demonstrate a solid command of the language of instruction (English or German) corresponding to the specific entry requirements of your chosen German university.

How to apply for DAAD Masters Scholarships 2027
