Track 1: Laboratory Innovation & Healthcare Resilience

- Eligible Disciplines: Public Health, Digital Health, Behavioral Science, Health Communication, International Development, or Social Sciences.
- Responsibilities:
- Research behavioral strategies to encourage health-seeking behaviors.
- Design localized UI/UX mock-ups and culturally relevant health content.
- Map user journeys from digital app discovery to clinical attendance.
- Facilitate focus groups and synthesize feedback from community members.
Eligibility Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s (Track 1) or Master’s (Track 2) program within the last 12 months.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Track 1: Familiarity with molecular techniques (DNA extraction, automated testing) and laboratory data management.
- Track 2: Interest in UX/UI design (Figma), qualitative research, and mobile health (mHealth) approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong English communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- For Track 2, knowledge of Igbo, Hausa, or Yoruba is a significant advantage.
