- A JAMB (UTME) score of 300 or above.
- Must have secured a formal offer of admission to study a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) course at the University of Ibadan.
- Demonstration of a genuine inability to fund their higher education due to low household income or financial hardship.
- Limited strictly to STEM disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Biological and Physical Sciences).
