- Most schools require an internal “Pre-Application” in the Fall (September–October) to determine who they will nominate.
- Each university is allowed to nominate only four students (plus an extra transfer student). You must win one of these spots first.
- Once nominated, your Campus Representative will grant you access to the full online portal. Work closely with them to refine your research essay.
